Over the past three years, I've watched AI enter advisor tech stacks, mostly in the back-office and behind the scenes. I've been watching closely to see if AI would move to the client-facing front office. 

In Financial Planning's new "AI Readiness Survey," advisors expressed more than a little hesitancy to allow autonomous AI to rebalance client portfolios or make investment decisions.
